Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered for custom made products. Each piece involves extensive time and labour, including 3D digital sculpting, 3D printing, surface finishing, priming, and painting.

However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, the following process applies:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label

  • The item must be shipped back to us at your own cost

  • We will repair the item and ship it back to you

If the item is deemed unrepairable, we will reprint and reship the artwork at our own cost via standard shipping.

Refunds will not be issued for transit damage where repair or replacement is possible.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

In cases of damage:

  • The item must be returned to us for repair, or

  • At our discretion, a replacement of the same item may be issued

Because all items are custom made, replacements require production time. Replacement turnaround typically takes 4 to 9 weeks, depending on complexity and current production volume.

Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may affect our ability to assist.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of Mind for Custom made or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Likeness Disclaimer

We strive to capture a strong likeness based on the reference images provided. However, our sculptures are artistic interpretations, not exact photographic replicas.

A 100 percent likeness cannot be guaranteed. Minor variations or imperfections are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.


Decorative Use Disclaimer

All 3D sculpted and 3D printed custom car and bike sculptures are decorative art pieces only. They are not functional items, not toys, and not fully assembled die-cast models such as Maisto. These artworks are intended for display purposes only.

EU  Laws

Under applicable EU consumer protection laws, customers located in the European Union may have a 14 day right to cancel certain purchases.

However, this right does not apply to personalised or custom made products once production has commenced.

By approving a digital design, render, mockup, or custom artwork for production, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that they are requesting a bespoke product and waive any applicable cooling off or cancellation rights to the extent permitted by law.
