All content, designs, photographs, renders, digital sculpts, artwork, logos, and website materials remain the intellectual property of ArtMellows Pty Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving digital concepts, renders, proofs, and design drafts before production commences. Approval of a design constitutes acceptance of the design for manufacture.

Any dimensions, colours, and finishes provided are approximate due to the handmade nature of the production process and manufacturing tolerances.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Victoria, Australia.

ArtMellows Pty Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Policies at any time without prior notice.

Here is Artmellows process:

📌After you place an order, send us your photos, 2D drawings, or AI-generated images as reference. 📧 artmellows@gmail.com
📍Our 3D artists sculpt a detailed digital model based on your Reference Pics.
📌We send the model to you for feedback, Changes/ additions and refinements.
📍Once you approve the final digital model, we move straight into production.
📌Your piece is 3D Fabricated( additive manufacturing), assembled, and prepped for finishing.
📍Our paint team adds premium detailing and final touches.
📌We package your artwork securely and ship it to you with tracking Details.

Turnover time:

Please note that creating custom art takes time, and timelines depend on the complexity of your project.

Most pieces take about 9 to 12 weeks before we ship. As this is custom made some complex designs may take Longeruptil 6-8 Months.

Larger sculptures or bulk orders may need extra time.

We always keep you updated throughout the process, and if your project requires a longer schedule, we’ll confirm everything upfront to avoid surprises.

They are made of High Quality Premium Resin, Painted with Acrylic paint and Varnished.

2.Share your requirements: size, finish, quantity, deadline, reference photos, and budget details.
3.We review everything carefully and send you a clear, personalised quote.
4.Once you are Ok with Quote, we send a secure link so you can place your order online.
5.After payment, we start digital modelling, share progress updates, then production( Additiv Manufacturing) finish and ship your custom artwork worldwide with tracking Number.

Minimum Size & Pricing

Minimum size is 15 cm. Smaller requests like 10 cm or 5 cm cost the same, since every custom piece requires creating a detailed digital 3D model from scratch.

We make sizes ranging from 15 cm to Life size , 182 cm.

For larger sculptures, particularly those over 80 cm, minor size variations of a few centimetres can occur due to factors such as resin shrinkage during production.

Organic sculptural forms can also vary slightly depending on how the final piece is measured, as there is often no single perfectly defined measurement point.

We Offer Free shipping across the Globe.

As Ours is Made to Order business , we DO NOT Offer Returns. However, if your Sculpture Breaks during Transit we can either Replace it or Repair it as per situation & size of the Sculpture demands.

Smaller sculptures are replaced at our cost.Bigger Sculptures are Repaired and sent back to you.

Bigger sculpture , it really takes time to Create another fresh piece. So You may need to send the broken sculpture to our studio and we repair send it back to you at our cost.

When it's Custom made and Luxury Piece - wait is worth it.

Turnaround time depends on the complexity & Size of the project

For Example:

1. 20 cm single figure will take 4-5 weeks before we ship

2. 30 cm couple figurine will take 6-7 weeks

3. 50 cm Bust will take 7-8 weeks

4. 50 cm Couple bust will take 9-10 weeks

5. Life size figurines( 5 feet Or 6 feet) will take 4-6 months
